Decided on a product shot today, here is my unibody macbook. Really a pretty easy light, white scrim above with SB lighting for the top, SB900 into a white reflector under camera to light edges. 301.. done

Had another one of those work days, starts at 8am ends at about 945pm… I did not feel at all like shooting but I decided that day 300 could not just be some random household item so I went out to shoot. This is in the parking lot of the local theater for a little color. One umbrella high camera left with a 1/2 cto strobe. Hope you are all doing well, 65 to go … 300

Amazed at the focus some folks can pull off in their SP’s.. really has me pulling my hair out. Another in the SP set as I re-explore what can be done with a strobe. Pretty simple here and I was trying to replicate what a hot light with fresnel would look like. 299

This was at a little fudge shop in Traverse City MI, the guy was REALLY PARANOID when I started taking pictures in there… not sure what was going on but just seemed strange at the time. Is photography a crime… yet? 296

These are vineyards in Northern Michigan. Tons of fruit grown on the peninsulas near Traverse City… but sadly living in Central California for some time makes it hard for me to enjoy Michigan wines properly… but I am trying. 295 catching up
